A top ICON Product Manager will…

• Blend the product roadmap for the core product and own the strategy for all new saas product features, while steering sales with the product lead
• Ability to get close to customer problems and solve them by transferring them into the product vision
• Support engineering and technical teams that deliver on the business requirement(s)
• Identify and fill saas product gaps that transfer new ideas into additional market share

What you’ll do from the get go

• Manage and sharpen product strategy
• Conduct market research against API’s key performance metrics and industry-specific features and functions
• Generate and track ideas for added features and best in class customer success
• Oversee product design with key input from the board of directors
• Ensure cross-functional departmental connectivity and communication amongst key stakeholders
